Thanks to the Rural and Remote Division of Family Practice and People for a Healthy Community, Gabriola has a new online directory to help you find access to locally available help for your health and wellness needs. This new directory will replace the the previous online health and wellness directory called FETCH.  You can view the new Pathways Community Service directory at pathwaysbc.ca/gabriola-island. If you are a health and wellness service provider based on Gabriola, you can register to list your service in the new directory by e-mailing Pathways Coordinator, Erin Obi, at eobi@pathwaysbc.ca. Be sure to include: the name of your service; a short description of what you do; hours of service; contact info and website (if applicable). In the subject line, clearly indicate that you would like to register for "Pathways Gabriola." You can also contact PHC's Seniors' Community Navigator, Chloë Straw, with any questions at seniorsnavigator@phcgabriola.org.
