Based on research, it provides older adults with the motivation and support to become more active. Choose to Move can help participants integrate activity into their daily routine in a flexible way, meet new friends and make a positive change in their lives.

About the event
The next information session will take place at the Gabriola Arts and Heritage Center on Thursday, April 11th, 3 to 4pm.
Registration for the full program will take place at the end of the information session, upon completion of a short screening questionnaire.
Class dates: April 25, May 2, May 9, May16, May 30, June 6, June 13, June 20
Participants must be able to attend 80% of the classes.
