Gabriola Elementary Celebrates the 7th Annual Apple Day!

Gabriola Elementary students celebrated the 7th Annual Apple Day with a hands-on day of apple juicing, baking, and food preparation. Thanks to the generosity of local farms and families, over 2,300 pounds of locally grown apples and pears are helping bring food, garden education, and community connection into the classroom.
